해외인턴 참여 청년 모집 공고

 

 

청년희망재단과 한국산업인력공단에서 글로벌 감각과 열정을 지닌 청년들의 해외진출을 지원하기 위해 독일 강소기업 해외인턴 프로그램을 추진합니다. 관심 있는 청년들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

 

 ◇ 사업개요

○ 파견기업 : 유망직종 분야의 독일 강소·중견기업
○ 인턴기간 : 6개월 이내(참가기업별로 근무기간은 다를 수 있음)
○ 근무국가 : 독일, 독일기업 해외지사

○ 지원내용 :

한국산업인력공단 에서 인턴 파견 전 사전 교육 제공

청년희망재단 에서 왕복항공료(이코노미 기준, 인턴수료여부에 따라 일부 또는 전액지원), 보험료, 비자발급 비용, 현지 체재비(파견기간 6개월 이내) 지원

* 사전교육(한국산업인력공단) : 독일어 교육(생활 및 업무상 필수용어 관련), 독일 문화, 비즈니스 에티켓, 안전관리지침, 생활정보 및 기본 소양 교육 등

* 그 외 기타 추가 소요되는 비용은 본인 부담

 

 ◇ 모집개요

○ 모집대상 :

독일 강소기업 해외인턴 프로그램에 참여하고자 하는 만 34세 이하 대한민국 국적을 가진 아래와 같은 조건을 충족하는 자

- 대학 4학년 또는 대학원 재학 중인 자

* 단, 이공계열 전공자는 졸업 후 18개월 이내(‘16년 2월 이후 졸업생)인 경우 기업사정에 따라 지원 가능

- 독일 출국 및 인턴근무에 필요한 비자 발급에 결격 사유가 없는 자

- 기업별 요구 조건을 충족하는 자(학력, 전공, 어학능력 등)

- 글로벌 인재로서의 성장 가능성이 있고 취업에 대한 목표의식과 의지가 높은 자

- 정부 해외인턴사업 참여 사실이 없으며 정부 및 기타 기관의 취업지원 사업에 참여 중에 있지 아니한 자

Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT in Aachen is looking for an Intern in Finishing and Optics

 

At Fraunhofer IPT, we are developing innovative processes for the production of high-precision optical components. In current projects, we are dealing with ultra-precision grinding processes and ultra-precision turning processes as well as with glass forming processes. As an intern you support us in technical, practical and theoretical research and development work on these processes.

Internship at the department of fine mechanics and optics, precision technologies

Location: Aachen

Duration: 6 Months

 

Your tasks:

- Assistance in preparing and conducting experiments

- Operation of highly precise machines and various measuring instruments

- Analysis and evaluation of investigations

- Collaboration in exciting R&D projects

 

Your profile

- Motivation and enthusiasm for (ultra) precision engineering

- You are studying mechanical engineering, production engineering, materials science or a similar subject and have already finished your bachelor's degree

- You have first experiences / profound knowledge in the practical implementation of machines and analysis by means of measurement technology

- A high degree of self-initative and self-employment

Your tasks: 

- Ensure efficient and timely replies to Customer Inquiries 

- Ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments e.g.preparing arrival notice/booking confirmation to customer receiving bookings and entering shipment data into freighter systems, preparing arrival notice to customer, arranging clearance for delivey/pickup for export and coordinating with sub-contractors for transportation arrangement, billing, inputting costs, tracking & tracing events, updating of customers' KPI, inputting of data to customers' operating systems (if any) & other value added service. 

- Adhere to customer's requirements and resolve customers' complaints 

- Ensure prompt and accurate declaration / information to permit declarant, carrier or co-loader 

- Book shipments with carriers, shipping lines or freight planners 

- Follow up with shipping lines or carriers on shipment inquiries (airline/ocean liner handling/tracing issues) 

- Ensure smooth inter-department communication flow

- Bachelor Degree
